PT Sapta Jayasejati Indonesia adalah Perusahaan kami bergerak di bidang Jewellery Industry & bisnis kami adalah Customer Support for our Singapore HQ office. Saat ini sedang membutuhkan Customer Service Officer yang bertugas untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dengan memberikan layanan atau service yang baik.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Provide client service support for retail network and E-commerce
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat (Live chat such as FB Messenger, Instagram, ,
Carousel, Shopify and etc) and inbound calls.
• Handle complaints, promotion inquiries, product information inquiries, pricing inquiries, etc
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client
• Process E-commerce orders from beginning to the end
• Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently
• Drive client satisfaction
• Generate revenue increase by offering sound recommendations and suggestions
• Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects
Keahlian :
• Mastering microsoft Word & Excell
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle complaints/feedback competently
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Kualifikasi :
• Female/ Male
• Minimum D3 graduate Major in Communication Science, Administrative Sciences, Management, or Business
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Passionate about helping others and drive client satisfaction
• Positive work attitude and ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• 5-day work week. Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday .
• Able to speak English fluently.
