PT Cipta Wood Kreasi Industries was the pioneer of sophisticated furniture manufacturing in Indonesia. We are hiring for Customer Service Specialist with English (WFO).
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
– Within this position you will be responsible for providing customer service to clients and resolving their queries – you will be the first point of contact for customers
– Your duties will include building and maintaining good relationships with customers and cooperating with all relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Keahlian :
– Fluent English – C1 level
– An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure
– Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
– furniture, interior designer & architect background is a PLUS
Kualifikasi :
– Male / Female
– Age 25-45 years old
– At least Senior High School degree
– Honest and conscientious
– Previous experience in customer service will be an asset
